Who we are

Rooted in Faith. Guided by Stewardship.

At Under His Hand Farm & Stand, we believe that nourishing food begins with faithful stewardship — of the land, the animals, and the work of our hands. Everything we produce is done with intention, transparency, and care, because we believe the food we feed our families truly matters.

Our farm is built on the conviction that simple, well-sourced ingredients and thoughtful practices create food that supports health, connection, and gratitude at the table.

From Grain to Table

We specialize in freshly milled ancient-grain flours and baking mixes, crafted in small batches using organic Einkorn, Spelt, and Khorasan wheat. By milling our grains fresh, we preserve flavor, nutrients, and the integrity of these time-honored varieties.

Our baking mixes are designed to make from-scratch cooking approachable — no fillers, no preservatives, just clean ingredients you recognize and trust.

Dairy & Eggs, Raised with Care

In addition to our baking goods, we offer pasture-raised eggs and thoughtfully handled dairy, produced with the same commitment to animal care and clean practices. Our animals are raised with access to pasture, fresh air, and quality feed, allowing them to thrive as they were created to.

We believe healthy animals produce nourishing food — and that responsibility is something we take seriously.

Clean Tools, Honest Practices

We are intentional not only about what goes into our food, but how it is made. We prioritize non-toxic cookware and equipment, such as stainless steel, and follow clean handling practices to ensure the food leaving our farm is wholesome and safe.

Transparency matters to us, and we are always happy to share how our food is grown, prepared, and handled.

Our Why

Before we ever share our food with others, we produce it for our own family. Under His Hand Farm & Stand began from a desire to feed our children and loved ones food that is clean, nourishing, and made with intention. The same grains we mill, the same eggs we gather, and the same dairy we handle are the foods we serve at our own table every day.

Because of that, we hold our standards high — not for marketing, but for stewardship. We believe that if it isn’t good enough for our family, it isn’t good enough to offer to yours.

It is from this place of care and responsibility that we choose to share what we produce with our community.

We are honored to share the fruits of our labor with our community — all for the glory of God.
